The Yarn Garden
Learn the tips and tricks for adding a lace border to your knitting! In the class we will be knitting 2 swatches so you can get the techniques for knitting a lace border onto the body of your piece without seaming. The first swatch demonstrates how to attach the border to your work as you go. The second swatch explores working the border first, then picking up stitches to work the body of your piece. After this class, you will want to add a lace border to everything!
Knit/purl; cast on/bind off; increase/decrease; beginner lace; ability to work from a chart is a plus but not a requirement.
